بالتفاصيل: معركة “أشرس من حلب” تلوح في الأفق.. فاستعدوا ترجمة فاطمة معطي
في متابعة للشأن السوري، توقع موقع “انترناشونال بيزنس تايمز” فتح جبهة إدلب بعد سقوط حلب، آخر معاقل المعارضة المسلحة في البلاد، نظراً إلى أنّ إخراج مقاتلي المعارضة منها يؤمن الطريق السريع الذي يصل العاصمة دمشق بحلب ومحافظتي حلب وحماة المجاورتين.
في تقريره، نشر الموقع خارطة لسوريا وأوضح أنّ 165 ألف شخص تقريباً يسكن إدلب، ذات الأغلبية السنية، لافتاً إلى أنّ المعارضة المسلحة سيطرت عليها في العام 2915، وذاكراً أنّ قناة “الجزيرة” أكّدت في حزيران العام الفائت أنّ الأخيرة تسيطر على 99 في المئة من أراضيها.
وفيما رجح الموقع أن تكون معركة السيطرة على إدلب أشرس من حلب، وذلك بالنسبة إلى النظام السوري وحلفائه، نقل عن الباحث غير المقيم في مركز كارنيغي للشرق الأوسط، رافاييل لوفيفر، قوله إنّ إدلب تشكّل جبهة موحدة أكثر بالمقارنة مع حلب، التي انقسمت أحياؤها بين شرقية وغربية، خضعت الأولى للمعارضة أمّا الثانية فللنظام.
في حديثه، رأى لوفيفر أنّ إدلب، كمدينة ومحافظة، متجانسة إلى حدّ ما على مستوى التوزيع الطائفي والتركيب السياسي، على الرغم من أنّ أغلبية المجموعات المعارضة السنية والمتشددة تتركز فيها، متحدّثاً عن إمكانية اصطدام القوى الكبرى التي تشارك في القتال في سوريا فيها، ومن بينها تركيا، نظراً إلى أهمية إدلب الواقعة على حدودها مع سوريا بالنسبة إليها.
وانطلاقاً من أنّ تأثير الحملة التي تشن على إدلب سيكون محدوداً، أوضح لوفيفر أنّ الغارات الجوية الروسية والعناصر السورية والأجنبية المسلحة التي تشارك في القتال إلى جانب الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد، ستتيح للنظام إمكانية استعادة السيطرة على عدد من الأراضي الخاضعة للمعارضة، مشككاً بقدرة القوات الموالية للنظام، الغريبة على المجتمع المحلي، على الصمود في هذه المناطق.
يُذكر أنّ “جبهة فتح الشام” و”أحرار الشام” تُعدّان من أبرز المجموعات المعارضة الموجودة في إدلب، علماً أنّ الأمم المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأميركية صنّفت الأولى بالإرهابية، وأنّ الثانية تعاني انشقاقات داخلية، كان آخرها في 10 كانون الأول الجاري، عندما انشق 16 فصيلاً عنها.
الخارطة: يرمز اللون البرتقالي إلى المناطق الخاضعة سيطرة الجيش السوري الحر وجبهة فتح الشام، فيما يدل الأسود على نفوذ “داعش”، والأخضر على نفوذ الأكراد (البيشمركة ووحدات حماية الشعب الكردية وحزب العمال الكردستاني وقوات سوريا الديمقراطية”، أمّا الأصفر فيحدد الأراضي الخاضعة لسيطرة الجيش السوري الحر المدعوم تركياً.
