ذكرت صالة كريستي للمزادات إن ألماسة وردية اللون على شكل ثمرة الكمثرى، بيعت بمبلغ 18.127 مليون فرنك سويسري (18.11 مليون دولار)، الثلاثاء، لأحد هواة جمع التحف الآسيويين عبر الهاتف.
ويبلغ وزن الألماسة 9.14 قيراط، وقُدر ثمنها قبل البيع بما يتراوح بين 16 مليون فرنك سويسري و18 مليون فرنك سويسري.
وقال الرئيس الدولي للمجوهرات في كريستي، راهول كاداكيا، بعد إتمام البيع “الألماسة الوردية ذهبت إلى جامع تحف آسيوي كبير”.
وفي أيار، باعت صالة سوذبي المنافسة للمزادات ألماسة وردية اللون على شكل ثمرة الكمثرى بلغ وزنها 15.38 قيراط بمبلغ 30.8 مليون فرنك سويسري 31.46 مليون دولار في ذلك الوقت لتسجل رقمًا قياسيًا.
